International Trainee Network (ITN) is an Educational/Cultural Exchange organization specialized in practical training programs in the hotel and tourism industry. ITN was founded in 1998 and has grown to become the preferred international recruiting partner for the US luxury hospitality industry.
Every year, ITN's programs bring thousands of current students and young professionals from all over the world to the United States to participate in work-based career training programs and experience the U.S. culture firsthand. By doing so, they obtain the international experience and exposure, that the global hospitality industry requires.
