1- We are a placement agency and not a sponsor organization, placing international trainees is our priority and our team spends 100% of its time in searching host companies. By specializing and focusing on quality placements for International students and young professionals and by working closely with sponsor organizations for the issuance of the DS-2019, we have achieved the best results possible.

2- We are the US leader in placements in the Luxury Hospitality Industry.

3- We offer a personalized service to each candidate. This is achieved by taking into consideration the candidate’s educational background, professional experience, language skills and future career goals.

4- All the positions that we provide are paid and we guarantee a minimum salary of $1200 per month. This year, the average salary of our placement is $1,700 per month.

5- We write a detailed Training Plan for the Host Company and the Candidate and coordinate all legal documents for both parties.

6- We treat every appl ication as being a priority. Our team has streamlined the entire Visa filing process in order to be able to obtain the DS-2019 within 2 weeks after securing a position for the trainee.

7- We have developed on Online Database that allows the sending office to register its candidates online and where you can check the status of the search, the time and date of the interviews set up for the candidate, information on the potential host company and the status of the candidate’s visa application.

8- We offer a complete assistance package upon arrival:

• Assistance with the Social Security application
• Listing of Apartments within the vicinity of the candidates work location
• And continued assistance throughout the candidates stay in the US

9- We have a multi-lingual team (Spanish, French, German, Italian and English) whom have all experienced first hand the Practical Exchange program and are able to help the candidates with any problems they may have adjusting to a new culture and way of life
