The International Trainee Network Program can help American Companies in locating and recruiting qualified international trainees in more than 50 countries. International trainees coming through our organization can stay in your company for a period of 6 to 18 months depending on your needs and will work full-time for your company.

The main objective of International trainees is to gain experience; the salary is not their main concern. Being multilingual and highly educated, qualified trainees can assist one of your company‚s departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc) or handle individual projects.

Our company will handle everything from the beginning to the end to ease the process of recruiting international candidates. We will select the right candidate, prepare the documents required for his/her visa and help the candidate in relocating in the United States.

We offer a professional recruitment service: Our team of recruiters will research the right candidates for your company and evaluate their skills and motivation. Our candidates are students, recent graduates and/or young professionals from over 50 countries. They are all looking forward participating in an Internship or Practical Training program in the United States for a length of 6 to 18 months. Their main goal is to gain experience in their field of expertise.

Age: 20-35 years

Highly Educated: A two-year degree in their field of expertise is the minimum required. Most candidates have a Bachelor degree or an MBA.

Multilingual: Our candidates are fluent in English and often speak one or two other languages.

Motivated: High level of motivation to gain experience in the United States.

Various fields of Expertise: Various backgrounds specialized in hospitality, tourism, computer, finance, accounting, sales, advertising, marketing, communication, human resources, and much more.

- The first email will include a Training Plan and all other necessary legal paperwork for your review and acceptance
- The second will be the confirmation that the candidate’s file has been approved by the sponsor organization and that his/her DS-2019 has been sent
- The last will be to inform you of the candidate’s arrival date.
