INTRODUCTION 

 Nowadays, gaining experience in a foreign country is a major asset to a successful career. Many students and young professionals wish to participate in an internship, a long-term practical training or a seasonal work program to gain experience in the United States but most have difficulties finding an employer from their home country.

International Trainee Network is a cultural exchange program organization that specializes in assisting highly educated, qualified and multilingual students and young professionals from all around the world in achieving their career goals. International Trainee Network handles the search for a position and deals with all the paper work required to obtain the adequate visa (J-1 or H-2B).
Created to answer the needs of students and young professionals, International Trainee Network proposes three different programs. Even if you have found your own employer by yourself, ITN can still assist you in obtaining a J-1 or H-2B Visa.

TRAINEE PROGRAM

This program is for candidates wishing to train in a company for 6 to 18 months.
Our company offers placements in many different fields such as:
• Hospitality • Tourism • Marketing & Sales • Management
• Import/Export • Accounting • Finance • and many other fields

WORK AND TRAVEL PROGRAM

This program offer summer jobs where you can improve your English and at the same time gain experience. Positions are mainly offered in hotels, restaurant, retail stores, amusement parks and national parks.

H-2B SEASONAL WORK PROGRAM  

The H-2B Seasonal Work Program is designed to provide non-United States Citizens with employement opportunities in the United-States. The program is designed to assist U.S. Employers that have temporary labor needs that cannot be filled by US workers. Most employment opportunities are unskilled in nature. Under this program, candidates can stay and work in the US for ten months, they are given full-time hours and paid wages competitive to American Employers.
