In order to offer the best services to American Companies, ITN offers different programs:
- J-1 Trainee Program (12-18 months training)
- J-1 Work and Travel Program (summer jobs)
- H-2B Seasonal Work Program
- H1B Visa filing

Understanding the J-1 Trainee Program

The purpose of the J-1 Visa Program for trainees is to provide international participants with opportunities for professional development, insight into American know-how in the field of training, and a greater understanding of American society and culture. J-1 Trainees are expected to share the cross-cultural and professional knowledge they have gained in the U.S. upon return to their home country at the end of the training. The J-1 Program is also intended to allow American businesses and individuals to learn about the culture and expertise of the participant’s home country. Most of our participants have a bachelor or a master degree and have been screened to make sure that they meet the employers'requirements.

Understanding the H-2B Seasonal Work Program

The H-2B Seasonal Work Program is an International Exchange Program designed to provide non-United States citizens with temporary employment opportunities in the U.S. The program is designed to assist employers that have seasonal or temporary labor needs that cannot be filled by US workers. Most employment opportunities are unskilled in nature.

This program provides challenging work and cultural experiences in the U.S. to international participants, ages 18 to 39, for a period requested by the specific employer, not to exceed 10 months. Overseas participants are able to work at a wide variety of entry-level and unskilled jobs around the U.S. Although individuals are only able to work at a wide variety of entry-level and unskilled jobs, they are given full-time hours and paid wages competitive to American employees.
